Daniel L. Sisson

Dan Sisson is the founder and principal of Sisson Financial & Insurance Solutions. As an independent Financial Advisor, he works with many of the leading financial services companies in the U.S. and assists clients nationwide, addressing a variety of financial planning concerns including protecting their assets from market risk, maximizing returns with safety, retirement preparation, and legacy planning. Dan believes that honesty, integrity, and truth are absolute essentials to all personal and business relationships.

Dan was raised in La Marque, Texas (near Galveston). He holds a bachelor’s degree from Abilene Christian University and an MBA from Texas A&M. He and his wife Melissa married in 1981, have three grown children, Kelly, Jared, and Jordan, and two grandsons, Steele, and T. Rex.

Dan worked with information technology and communications companies for over 25 years
including IBM, Hewlett-Packard, and four startups. He left hi-tech and started his Financial Services practice in 2003.

Dan applies safe-money strategies as he has successfully guided his clients through the tumultuous financial climate of the last two decades. His tenets: Safety first (protect your principal), a reasonable rate of return over time, and keep it simple (easy to understand). He is absolutely committed to addressing the interests of his clients in a way that will help them navigate financial risk, attain their financial goals, and have a better financial future.

From inception, Dan established his practice on a no-fee basis – You will never be charged for the services that he performs. His fees are paid by the companies that he represents should you decide to use his services. And his commitment – “I never make a recommendation to a client that I have not done or am not already doing myself.”
